The Victron BMV-712 Smart Battery Monitor provides detailed, real-time information about the condition and performance of your battery bank. Ideal for marine, RV, van and off-grid power systems, it measures battery voltage and current while calculating state of charge, consumed amp-hours and estimated time remaining.

Built-in Bluetooth lets you monitor battery information, review historical data and configure settings through the VictronConnect app on a compatible phone or tablet. The integrated display and front-panel controls also provide convenient access to important battery data without requiring a mobile device.

The included 500A/50mV shunt accurately measures current flowing into and out of the battery. An auxiliary input can be configured to monitor the voltage of a second battery, battery-bank midpoint voltage or battery temperature when used with the optional Victron temperature sensor.

A programmable relay can be configured to control an alarm, generator or other external equipment based on battery conditions. The VE.Direct port also allows connection to compatible Victron GX devices for expanded local monitoring and remote access through the Victron Remote Management portal.
