Designed for heavier boats up to 2 tons, coastal waters, and windy or wavy conditions, the Travel XP delivers significantly more thrust while maintaining the quiet, clean operation Torqeedo electric motors are known for.
With performance equivalent to a 5 HP gasoline outboard, the Travel XP features a powerful 1,600 W direct-drive motor with instant throttle response and precise control. The motor weighs just 12.6 kg (27.8 lb), making it easy to install, transport, remove, and store.
Choose from short (62.5 cm) or long (75 cm) shaft versions and Tiller (T) or Remote (R) control models to suit your boat and setup.
The battery is NOT included with this motor.
For operation, the Travel XP requires a compatible Torqeedo 1425 Wh lithium-ion battery (48 V), sold separately. The performance, range, runtime, and total-weight figures below are based on use with the recommended 1425 Wh battery.
