The Spirit Lures Loony Spoon Max is a versatile spoon lure designed to imitate a crippled baitfish and provoke aggressive strikes in both freshwater and saltwater. Built with a stainless-steel body and a high-chroma 3D UV scale pattern, the Max delivers intense flash and durable, saltwater-ready construction so anglers can target trout, salmon, walleye, pike and striped bass with confidence.

The Loony Spoon Max works equally well trolled or cast-and-retrieved. With recommended retrieve or trolling speeds ranging roughly 1.0–4.0+ mph depending on size, these spoon lures are easy to fish on light to medium tackle. Spirit Lures designed the Max series to offer a pronounced "crippled baitfish" action that triggers reaction strikes from wary fish while remaining simple to rig and use.
