The Shimano Spheros SW is a saltwater spinning reel built for both offshore and inshore fishing. It uses Shimano's Infinity Drive technology to improve pinion gear support, giving you more winding power when cranking against hard-fighting fish.
X-Protect and X-Shield technologies improve water resistance, and the reel carries an IPX8 water-resistance rating for added durability in saltwater conditions.
