The Rapala DT (Dives-To) series dives fast to a preset depth and stays in the strike zone longer than most other crankbaits. Made from the top seven percent of balsa wood, the DT-4 combines carefully placed internal weights, a tapered fuselage, and a thin tail design for a distinctive side-to-side swimming action.
An ultra-thin polycarbonate lip digs the bait down quickly to its target depth, and it's weighted to rest nose-down in a quick-dive position for immediate descent when cast. The DT-4 can be cast up to 150 feet, so the farther you cast, the longer it stays in the strike zone.
An internal baritone rattle is tuned for sound performance, and the lure comes finished with 3D holographic or painted eyes and premium VMC black nickel hooks. Each lure is hand-tuned and tank-tested to swim correctly right out of the box.
