The P-Line Kodiak Deep Water Jig is a metal saltwater jig engineered for deep-water vertical jigging. With a long, slender profile and sharp body contours, the Kodiak produces a pronounced flutter and aggressive action that draws strikes from halibut, lingcod, rockfish and other offshore bottom species. P-Line ships Kodiak Jigs pre-rigged with saltwater-grade treble hooks and durable split rings so they’re ready to fish right from the package.

Key Features

  • Long Slender Design: Slices through water for fast descent and a fluttering presentation.
  • Pre-Rigged Hardware: Corrosion-resistant, saltwater-grade treble hooks and split rings for strong hooksets.
  • Multiple Weights: Available in 9 oz, 11 oz and 14 oz to match depth, current and target species.
  • High-Visibility Finishes: Reflective chrome and color patterns increase strike attraction in deep water.

Ideal for Pacific Northwest offshore fishing but equally effective in any saltwater jigging application, the Kodiak Jig pairs with conventional or fast-action jigging rods, braid mainline and a heavy fluorocarbon leader. P-Line’s focus on saltwater-grade construction reduces corrosion and improves longevity, making the Kodiak a reliable choice for repeated deep drops and heavy hook-ups.
