Made from 100% recycled plastic bottles, the Blue Ocean® Doublebraid represents a huge leap forward in reducing our carbon footprints as sailors. With no performance reduction over Marlow's traditional polyester Doublebraid, the Blue Ocean® product retains its industry-leading strength and low stretch characteristics to produce a long-lasting robust and UV resistant rope. Suitable for almost every application on board from Halyards to Sheets and Control Lines.
Easy splicing retains the ropes strength over conventional knots and removes the need for heavy and bulky knots at the clew or head of the sail. Flexibility and a soft feel ensure easy handling around the boat.
