RaceLube is for winch pawl lubrication when winch grease is not advised.
Winches should be stripped, cleaned and re-lubricated two to three times during an active sailing season.
Never use grease to lubricate pawls, as this can lead to grease sticking in the pawl pocket which may result in the pawls sticking in the pocket and disabling the winch.
