Hareline Flashabou Original is a versatile metallic flash material designed for fly tying. This ultra-fine tinsel adds lively shimmer and subtle motion to streamers, nymphs and saltwater patterns, helping your flies attract attention in both clear and stained water. Hareline's Flashabou is widely used by fly tiers for tails, skirting, ribbing and body accents when a reflective, durable flash is needed.

- Micro-Thin Metallic Fibers: Ultra-fine tinsel (approx 1/69 in wide) for natural movement and reflective flash.
- Strand Count & Length: Approximately 1,700 strands per pack; standard packs commonly contain ~10 in strands (double-length 20 in packs are also offered).
- Wide Color Range: Available in many colors including Sunburst for high-contrast flash in both freshwater and saltwater flies.
- Easy to Use: Bonds well with tying thread, glues, epoxy and UV resin for durable heads and finished flies.
