Hareline Cactus Chenille is a versatile fly-tying material designed to add shimmering, textured bodies to streamers, buggers and a wide range of freshwater and saltwater patterns. Produced by Hareline Dubbin, this synthetic chenille includes pearlescent fibers woven into a spiky, tinsel-like core that reflects light and provides realistic motion. Each pack contains approximately 3 yards of chenille, enough for multiple flies or repairs.

- Durable, Short Fibers: Shorter fibers resist matting and undulate less than longer chenilles for a more natural profile.

The medium and large diameters let you quickly build buggy, durable bodies that imitate baitfish, shrimp and large nymphs. Hareline’s chenille wraps easily around hook shanks and accepts ribbing, dubbing and head cement for long-lasting flies.
