Hareline Barred Crazy Legs are soft silicone legs created for fly tying and streamer construction, providing lifelike movement and a classic barred pattern that attracts fish. These synthetic legs from Hareline combine flexible silicone with subtle pearl flake to add flash and realism to freshwater and saltwater patterns.

Key Features

  • Barred Pattern: Classic barring adds a segmented, natural profile that improves target visibility underwater.
  • Silicone Construction: Soft, flexible material resists tearing and offers responsive action in current and retrieve.
  • Pearl Flake Flash: Integrated flake adds subtle shimmer to imitate baitfish scales and trigger strikes.
  • Versatile Use: Ideal for streamers, jigs, popping bugs, bass and panfish patterns, and many saltwater flies.
  • Easy to Tie: Trim and secure with standard fly-tying thread and adhesives for custom profiles and lengths.

These Hareline silicone legs are designed for fly tyers who want dependable synthetic legs that add motion and flash without bulk. Use them as legs, tails, or bodies on a wide range of flies — they pair well with chenille, bucktail, feather or synthetic bodies and common hook sizes. Because Hareline offers multiple colors and flake options, you can match local forage or add contrast to increase visibility in stained water.
