Gold Star Yamashita Octopus Hoochies 5-Pack - Chartreuse Red Racer is a classic salmon trolling lure made for anglers who want a proven plastic squid-style hoochie skirt with strong visibility and fish-attracting action. This 4.25-inch hoochie profile is one of the most popular choices for Pacific Northwest salmon fishing, offering a versatile shape that runs well behind common trolling rigs. The Chartreuse Red Racer color pattern adds bold contrast that stands out in changing water and light conditions.

Key Features

  • Proven Octopus Profile: A popular squid-style hoochie shape designed for effective salmon trolling presentations.
  • 5-Pack Value: Includes five 4.25-inch hoochies so you can rig multiple setups or keep replacements ready on the boat.
  • Versatile Trolling Use: Pairs easily with leaders, teaser heads, flashers, and dodgers for saltwater salmon applications.

Anglers choose Gold Star hoochies because they are simple to rig, easy to match with favorite trolling gear, and dependable across a wide range of salmon conditions. Whether you are targeting Chinook or coho, the Yamashita-style body delivers a familiar swimming profile that has long been trusted on Northwest waters. The Chartreuse Red Racer finish is a strong option when you want added color pop in your spread.

Gold Star has built a reputation around effective salmon tackle, and these Yamashita Octopus Hoochies continue that tradition with a field-proven design suited for both seasoned and first-time trollers. Ideal for stocking your tackle box with a reliable soft trolling lure.
