The Blue Sea Systems ANL Fuse Block provides a safe and reliable solution for protecting high-amperage DC electrical circuits in marine, RV, off-grid, and automotive applications. Designed to accept ANL fuses, these fuse blocks feature a durable reinforced polycarbonate base, corrosion-resistant stainless steel studs, and a protective insulating cover that helps prevent accidental contact with energized terminals.

The swing-out design allows fuse replacement without removing mounting fasteners, making maintenance quick and convenient. Cover breakouts permit cable entry from multiple directions, while the integrated insulating cover meets ABYC and USCG requirements for marine electrical installations.

Available in two sizes to accommodate a wide range of electrical systems, these fuse blocks are ideal for battery banks, inverter circuits, charging systems, trolling motors, windlasses, and other high-current applications.

What is the difference between the 5005 and 5503 fuse blocks?

The 5005 model supports ANL fuses from 35A to 300A and accepts cable sizes up to 2/0 AWG. The 5503 model supports ANL fuses from 35A to 750A and accepts cable sizes up to 4/0 AWG.

Does the fuse block include a cover?

Yes. Both versions include an insulating cover that helps protect against accidental contact with energized terminals and meets ABYC and USCG requirements.
