The ACR HydroFix Hydrostatic Release Unit (HRU) provides automatic, water-pressure-activated release for Category I EPIRB brackets so your emergency beacon deploys when submerged. Designed for use with ACR Sea Shelter series and other Category I brackets, the HydroFix activates between 4.9' and 13.1' (1.5–4 m) of water pressure and is date‑stamped to support required replacement intervals.
