The Yakima Bait FlatFish Wiggling Plug is a classic shallow-diving fishing lure designed for slow trolling when a wide, attention-grabbing action is needed. Known for its distinctive wiggle at low speeds, this compact plug is ideal for targeting trout, kokanee, panfish, and other freshwater game fish in lakes, ponds, and slow-moving water.

Key Features

  • Wide Wiggling Action: Creates a proven side-to-side movement that helps trigger strikes during slow trolling presentations.
  • Shallow Running Design: Runs at approximately 1 foot, making it well suited for working upper water columns and near-surface feeding fish.
  • Compact Profile: The 1-3/4 inch body and lightweight design are easy for smaller game fish to pursue and strike.
  • Single Lure Pack: Conveniently packaged as one ready-to-fish plug for adding to a tackle box or replacing a favorite pattern.

Anglers choose Yakima Bait FlatFish lures for their dependable slow-trolling performance and simple, effective presentation. Whether pulled behind a small boat, kayak, or light trolling setup, this wiggling plug delivers consistent action without needing high speeds or aggressive retrieves.

This Yakima Bait plug is the #F-5 size, measuring 1-3/4 inches and weighing 0.06 oz, with an approximate trolling depth of 1 foot.
