The Victron MultiPlus 12/2000/80-50 combines a true sine wave inverter and a battery charger in one unit, with adaptive charging and PowerAssist technology for extra power management on board.
PowerAssist
PowerAssist prevents overload on a limited AC source such as a generator or shore power connection. It first reduces battery charging automatically to avoid overload, then boosts the output of the generator or shore supply with additional power drawn from the battery.
Uninterrupted AC Power
If grid, shore, or generator power is lost, the inverter takes over the connected loads in under 20 milliseconds, fast enough that computers and other electronics keep running without disruption.
Parallel and Multi-Phase Operation
Up to 6 MultiPlus units can be connected in parallel for higher power output, with three-phase or split-phase operation also possible on supported models.
Remote Monitoring
Paired with a GX device such as the Cerbo GX, you can monitor and control the MultiPlus locally over LAN or remotely over the internet using the free VRM app and VRM portal, from a phone, tablet, laptop, or PC.
