PLB1 unit impressive but customer service not impressed

I am very happy with the PLB1 RescueMe unit however your online description said that the unit included the flotation pouch which I didn't receive with my order. I sent an email to try and get some resolution & got no response. Not impressed with the customer service

Looks great, but haven't filled with fish yet?

Brought back the rich, dark colour of my faded mahogany wood and is a great base for the varnish.

I was worried that my mahogany topsdes were hoplessly faded by the sun and I would have to tell people that it was actually yelow cedar, but despite being clear, this product brought back the natural reddish brown mahogany colour and did a good job sealing it too as the subsequent 3 coats of varnish have gone on very smoothly and look excellent. 3 more to go.
