The heavy duty Dan-Fender FENDER STEP has become popular as yachts get larger and larger, and it becomes more difficult to step onto the boat from the marina float or tender without using a ladder. A ladder, however, is not always practical and it may scratch the boat, which is not the case when using the Dan-Fender FENDER STEP. At the same time, it is easy to find a stowage place for it, as it doesn't require much space. This brilliant new and durable product from DAN-FENDER doubles as both a fender and a step and will find its place on most boats. Approximate dimensions: 3/4" Eyes for Rope , Length 15 3/4" Width 15 3/4". Stands 8" off hull. Shipped deflated.

The Fenderstep makes boarding our sailboat much easier.

Unfortunately it is not easy to inflate. We do not own a compressor , nor is the attachment needed to fill , available on-line. Lucky for us, Martin Marine in North Vancouver had both and with the use of electric tape they were able to fill the fender.
