This flasher is part of my standard setup when trolling for salmon and halibut. I often run a spoon or bait without an additional flasher about 8-10 feet behind the cannonball. Very effective.
Great rod especially as it compares to much higher priced rods in the same category of weight class. Very nice sensitivity perfect for coho fishing .
