We are writing this note to inform all our customers about our plans on how to deal with the impending threat of COVID-19 and how it will effect our day to day business operations.
We are deeply concerned about the health and well being of our staff and our customers. We are implementing enhanced cleaning and disinfecting schedules in order to maintain a safe, clean environment for staff and customers. We plan to remain open for regular business, but we do ask that anyone who feels sick, or has come into contact with anyone sick to please remain at home.
We would like to provide the opportunity for anyone to shop online or over the phone or by email (for any in store products that are not available yet online) for parking lot pick up. You can phone/email in your shopping list and payment info. We will do the shopping and let you know when your order is available for pick up.
We will also offer free shipping on most orders over $100, as well as a $10 flat fee for most smaller orders on Vancouver Island. Please wait until told your order is ready for pick up before coming to the store. Shipping orders takes 24 to 48 hours to process.
We will continue to follow the guidance of the Health Minister and the Prime Minister as the situation unfolds, and keep you updated with our plans moving forward.
We ask that everyone take all precautions set out by our Health Minister and limit your interaction with others as much as possible. The safety of your family and all of Canadians depend on it.
